You’re always welcome here.

I understand health as a lived state of well-being, not simply the absence of illness. Supporting your health means offering care that is responsive, relational, and tailored to each person’s unique experience, body, and life context.

Each appointment is thoughtful and individualized, shaped by your specific health concerns and goals. Together, we may draw from approaches such as acupuncture (including electro-acupuncture), herbal medicine, cupping, and nutritional insight, alongside optional lifestyle guidance and inner cultivation practices, always guided by what feels appropriate and supportive for you.

Whether you are looking for help with something specific or if you are looking for overall relaxation, you’ve come to the right place!

One of the strengths of Eastern medicine is its respect for the wide range of ways health can be expressed ~ there is no single template for well-being. This work invites attunement to the natural systems we are part of, and I find meaning in helping people build respectful, living relationships with plants, their own bodies, and the world around them. My approach emphasizes sustainable practices that support resilience, vitality, and more connected ways of living, both within ourselves and in relationship to the larger ecosystem.

While home is as much a state of mind as a place, I currently spend my time in and around Nelson, B.C. Outside of my work, I stay rooted through regular time in nature, often barefoot, tending our small-scale permaculture farm, reading about off-grid living, summiting Kootenay peaks, swimming in alpine lakes, and taking time to admire the changing sky and stars overhead.

I look forward to connecting and working together in support of your health.
